Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 30 day of receiving the product.
Returns will be qualified upon arrival and must be in new/unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
Only after returned items have been received and passed a quality control inspection will a refund will be issued.
If items are defective or damaged during delivery, they may be eligible for an exchange.
Sale items are not eligible for Exchange or Return.
Refunds will be issued to the Bitcoin address used in the original purchase unless otherwise specified by the customer. We will cover the on chain transaction fee.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non refundable.
When returning more valuable items please consider shipping those items with a tracking number.
